PostHeaderIcon From Medical Laboratory technician To Entrepreneur Mom-Words From Victoria Castro

tori-yes

I’ve spent half a life time looking for the perfect opportunity.  A chance to better myself and shape my future, financially and successfully.  If you’re interested in having success in your own life, then please read my story.
When I was in high school I thought I had the world at my finger tips.  I knew that the harder I worked the further it would take me.  Unfortunately, my future was changed abruptly with one moment in time that I can never take back.  In 1993, at the age of sixteen, I was forced to become another victim of carless driving.  Due to inexperience, I overcorrect and flipped my car after the driver ran me off the road.  My injuries wouldn’t have been as critical if my seat belt hadn’t broken lose and thrown me out the driver’s side window.   A better chance of survival would have been in my favor if it hadn’t been a hit and run.  I was left with a  shattered jaw, a broken hip, chronic head injury and fell into a coma.  When I awoke two months later, I realized that my life would never be the same.  My only thought was “what am I going to do now”?
I will never forget what my doctor told me during rehabilitation, “If you work really hard you can be who ever you want to be”.  So, for the past seventeen years I’ve done nothing but work.  Nonstop.  I’ve worked until it made me sick.  Until it almost killed me.  From working twelve hour shifts in Neruo/Traums to awkward shifts in a Medical Laboratory and years and years of college, my mind and my body were worn and torn.  My doctor gave me two choices, continue working in a hopital until it kills you, or take a break and reconsider your options.   I took his advise and explored my possibilities. How about a baby?
Like usual, things didn’t exactly go the way I had planned.  Instead of having one baby I had three, triplets.  Born at 28 weeks, baby A weighed 2lbs 9oz, baby B weighed 2lbs 13oz and baby C weighed 1lb 14oz.  They were in NICU for three months.  It was a blessing to bring all three of them home together. They’re truly beautiful and now that they’re two years old, they’re truly ornery.  I’ve spent every second with my boys since they were born.  There’s nothing I would rather do, but when they’re busy playing with Daddy or Grammy and Papa, I sit and wonder.  Is there a way for me to remain productive without losing time with my children?  I thought, what if I could work at home?  So, I searched google for a few days but nothing clicked.  I began to lose hope.  I decided to search one more time and there it was, a non hype business model.  The first out of a hundred websites that I could trust.  I was excited and a little skeptic at first but it didn’t take very long to decide that this was a perfect opportunity for me.  The choice I made to join this opportunity has given me a new out look on life.  I’ve found a company that goes out of their way to help you succeed.  My sponsor is always available to answer my questions.  I’ve finally found what so many people have been searching for a long  time. Now I spend time  quality time with my family and enjoy traveling the world.
This could be a new chapter in your life.  A thousand mile journey begins with one step.

PostHeaderIcon Suddenly Guru – How Did That Happen?

how-to-mlm

You always dreamed of being financially comfortable or even rich, being your own boss, and only working when you wanted.  Suddenly you wake up one day and realize that it’s happened!  You’re there and have everything from your dream.  Wow!  Is it real?  What did you do to get there and, more importantly, can you sustain it?  Yes, you can sustain it, but there is a catch.  You have to keep doing what you did to get there in the first place.  This means you have to keep working.  It doesn’t become a free ride, just because you reached your goals.  Keeping them will be equally if not more challenging.

Think hard about all the things you’ve done with your MLM business to this point.  Consider the network you’ve built.  Look at how you’ve built it and maintained it because inevitably you have probably lost members and subsequently replaced them with new members.  Understand how you built the tier in your immediate downline and how you motivated them to perpetuate the structure.

Congratulations!  You’ve worked hard to attain the status you now have.  You don’t want to throw it away or lose it, so you have to keep working.  By now, you’ve been at it for awhile and it’s very probably second nature.  You get up every day and perform your tasks.  You make your calls, follow your leads, send emails, and work with the folks in your downline to help them with whatever circumstance they may be struggling.  It’s all become an intricate part of your being and the likelihood of you just stopping isn’t strong.  After all, what would you do with all your time, right?  That’s good, because the success will dwindle quickly if you stop.

After you have a complete grasp of all this, keep doing all of it.  Don’t assume you can stop just because you made it to where you wanted to be.  Now you have to do it to keep what you’ve earned.  You cannot expect your downline to support you entirely.  In order to maintain their respect, motivation and support, you have to continue to be you and do your job.  This will encourage and charge them to strive even harder to reach the same success you have attained.   You know this business like the back of your hand.  That’s why you have reached guru status.  Keep raising the bar.  It will do you and your downline a lot of good.

PostHeaderIcon MLM Pimps – How to Spot One in Your Local Coffee House

mlm pimp 2

In order to be successful in network marketing, it is important to be aware of MLM pimps and how to spot one in your local coffee house.  Depending on the person, these pimps can either help you make a lot of money or can be just downright annoying.  By now, most people are aware that MLM is dependent upon a strong downline.  However, the jury is still out as to whether building the largest downline possible always translates to strong income potential.  While many try to recruit as many clients as possible in order to make up their downline, doing so sometimes results in a group of people that drain time and resources instead of making you money.

However, although a quality group is obviously important, without a large enough client-base, it will be very difficult to make money.  Because of this, there has become a recent onslaught of MLM pimps.  These pimps tend to troll places such as coffee houses as they often get a fair amount of foot traffic and have a captive audience from which they can easily recruit.

Often found mulling around the same coffee house day after day, these MLM pimps could represent your success or your demise depending on their training, opportunity, and motives.  While there are some that have a valid and reputable business opportunity that could end up being well worth your while, the fair majority will end up taking your money and then leaving you roped into an opportunity that keeps you in a holding pattern without any promise of any real financial gain.  Therefore, it is important to be wary and learn how to spot these opportunists who might be hanging around your local java joint and looking to prey on the unsuspecting folks coming in looking for their daily caffeine fix.

However, should you find one of the often talked about but rarely seen MLM pimps that actually deliver, you will definitely want to take advantage of what they have to offer.  The trick is spotting the money-makers from the money-drainers.  Although it might seem difficult at first, a good tipoff is the way they go about recruiting you.  Those with a more laid back, yet still enthusiastic style tend to have a higher likelihood of being legit.  However, those trying to talk to every Tom, Dick, and Harry with gusto should probably raise a red flag.  So, if you happen to encounter one these opportunistic MLM pimps, it is best to get your coffee and run!
