This is a great article. Bottom line is there is no bag of tricks it is just that they have spent more time learning how to build the business. It takes time but with time and hard work you can get there too. Look where you were 3 months ago and you see what I mean.

Hey Carlos,
Yes, I agree. We all know at least one of these experts. They know what buttons to push to get people to understand why they need the particular goods or service. They also know how to teach their recruits to that they can be successful also.

Too bad there are not more of these trainers in our great industry. The ones most people hear about are the ones that recruit someone in and then just leave. No training, no support. And EVERYONE gets a bad rap.

Great post about the good guys (and gals) of our industry.

Carlos,

Sponsoring is what I consider to be the MOST important aspect of network marketing and if don’t become great at this…You will not last in this business.

This is why it is critical to have a STRONG why that will keep you driving so that you can reach those goals and ultimately, become a sponsoring machine.

What good is a sponsor if you don’t utilize them and get your questions answered?

A paradigm shift is occurring in the MLM industry Carlos! Attraction Marketing principles are driving more sales volume within MLM companies more than ever in history.

Above you talk about having the commitment to one MLM company and how this can help you present yourself more professionally without coming off overbearing. Well, sorry to burst your bubble, but change is the best way to manage and create more NEW positive changes. In other words, being in one company with a full passion and devotion for too long can harm you and leaving you high and dry, which requires you jump to another company.

the old-school methods, as you already know Carlos, don’t work anymore.

A New social network called Own Your Channel is empowering everyday people (who may or may not have ever made a dime in Network Marketing) to build a Social-Network of like minded entrepreneurs FIRST.

Great topic to run with here brother.

IT really comes down to being consistent and having the DRIVE to be consistent.

Whether its a swing of the bat, one extra phone call you make, or one extra hour you stay up finishing a blog post – it all comes down to that ever motivating DRIVE.
